심쿵 (simkung)

   The lurch your heart gives at something adorable or unexpectedly attractive — a puppy, a smile, a line in a drama.

Where it comes from

심장 ('heart') plus 쿵, the onomatopoeia for a heavy thud. Korean builds a great deal of vocabulary from sound words, and 쿵 is the same thump used for a door slamming.
