Damn, bloody, lousy. An intensifier placed before a noun, expressing contempt for it: pinche tráfico, 'bloody traffic'.
Contemptibly small or cheap. Me dieron un pinche descuento del dos por ciento — they gave me a measly two percent off.
Literally: Kitchen hand, scullion.
